Service Description
A moderate hike through the rough horsetails with an intermediate climb out of the canyon up to Coyote Ridge, through the wooded Canyon Ridge trail down to the halfway point in Walnut Grove.
Cancellation Policy
Availability: Guided hikes are available Sunday through Thursday. Sessions can be scheduled between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Pricing: Hike Fee: $75 per hour per group. Park Entry: Car (up to 15 passengers): $10 per car. Bus or larger vehicle (over 15 passengers): $20 per vehicle. Physical Requirements: Trails are not ADA compliant. Participants must be able to walk or be carried for brief periods. Strollers may be used on some sections of the trail, but might need to be carried to certain trailheads. What to Bring: Water: Not provided by the park. Guests are highly recommended to bring their own hydration supplies. Appropriate Footwear: Comfortable walking shoes or boots suitable for uneven terrain. General Information: Arrival and Departure: Guests may arrive early and stay after their hike for the day with their entry pass. Wildlife: Expect to encounter various wildlife including spiders, bugs, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, and birds. Please do not feed or disturb the wildlife. Safety and Liability: Guided Instructions: All participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times. Liability: Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from not following the guide's instructions or from deviating from the designated trail. Emergencies: In case of an emergency, dial 911 immediately and notify park office staff as soon as possible. Reservations: Reservations are required for all guided hikes and can be made by calling the park office or through our website. Cancellations: Cancellations may be made 12 hours o more from the start of the scheduled guided hike. Under 12 hours may be cancelled but will not be refunded.
