Overnight & Cancellation Policy

​

We understand plans can change, so we’ve created a clear and straightforward cancellation policy for our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

Refund Eligibility

• Advance Notice: A refund is available if you cancel more than 30 days before the first day of your stay.- All reservations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

​

Modified Cancellation Options (29 to 14 Days Before Stay)

• Cancellations made between 29 days to 14 days prior to your stay eligible for a one time reschedule or to be used within 6 months.

• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds are not available for cancellations due to weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, equipment failures, medical issues and or personal circumstances.

Additional Policies

• Addressing Concerns: Report any complaints or issues to the office manager or park owner during your stay for resolution.

• Cancellation Fee: All canceled reservations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

• Post Check-In Policy: Once checked in, refunds are not available for any reason.

Check-In & Check-Out

​

• RV & Tent/Premier Tent Check-In: 2:00 PM. Need a little extra time on either end? Early check-in (as early as 12:00 PM) or late check-out (until 1:00 PM) is available for a $10 fee, pending availability.
  Just give us a heads-up in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

• Glamping Check-in: 3:00 PM. Need a little extra time on either end? Early check-in (as early as 1:00 PM) or late check-out (until 1:00 PM) is available for a $20 fee, pending availability.

• Check-Out: 11:00 AM on departure day. Please clear your site of all trash and debris. Help keep our park clean by using the provided trash cans and dumpsters.

 

Terms of Service

​

• Payment: Customers are charged 100% of the fee at the time of reservation (in person or online). Full payment is required to secure a reservation.

• Vehicles & Tents:

  • Up to two (2) vehicles per site.

  • One (1) tent included; additional tents incur a fee. Maximum of two tents per site 

• Agreement: By purchasing a Day Pass, an event ticket or making a reservation at Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park (RRCAP), customers agree to the RRCAP, LLC terms and conditions.

• Safety: All minor persons entering water  must be supervised by their guardian and wear a Coast Guard-certified flotation device.

• Proof of Reservation: Valid proof of reservation Day Pass or event ticket must be presented upon request by park staff. Failure to provide proof may result in being asked to leave.

• Identification: A photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Student ID) is required to validate reservations or tickets at check-in. Entry will be denied without proper ID.

• Pricing: Advertised reservation and event prices are subject to change without notice. Fees are not included in the face value of reservations or tickets.

• Updates: Terms and conditions may change at the discretion of RRCAP management.

 

Pet Policy

• Pets are welcome to join the adventure—just keep them on a leash when outside your shelter.

• If your furry friend gets a little too feisty or vocal, we may ask them to take a break from the campground.

• And of course… scoop the poop! Thanks for keeping things clean and happy for everyone!

• For safety (and a little less splashing), pets will need to skip the pool area. We appreciate your help!

• Pets make awesome camping buddies—but they’re not quite ready to host the site solo. Keep them with you at all times!

Quiet Hours

​

• For the comfort of all our guests, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest.
